Go Live UK is determined to achieve the high standards of environmental performance possible and recognises its responsibility to the environment. We recognise that our operations have a direct, and indirect, environmental impact so we aim to minimise that and operate in a sustainable manner.
In implementing this policy, we will adhere to the requirements of all relevant local, national and international law relating to environmental aspects. Go Live UK will abide by all these requirements and ensure that its policy is kept up to date and in-line with those policies.
We are committed to preventing pollution where possible and will ensure that as well as optimising new products, services and processes to facilitate this prevention, we will review existing systems and procedures to identify additional areas for pollution prevention. For each product, service, system or process, this will be achieved by:
- eliminating the use of polluting materials or technologies
- reducing the use of polluting materials or technologies
- recycling or reusing materials
- where no other option is available, controlled disposal or incineration
Through implementing this policy, Go Live UK will set a leading example of good environmental management for the industry.
We have integrated environmental management procedures, processes and planning alongside our general operations to maximise the reduction of Go Live UK’s environmental impact. In addition, we ensure that, where possible, all our products are designed and developed in an eco-friendly way.
Through using environmental performance evaluation procedures and key performance indicators, we continually look to improve our environmental performance. This will be achieved through the thorough implementation of our environmental management system.
